Welcome to the Roland Park Pool Masterplan Vision webpage. Through several pool-led focus group sessions with members as well as an extensive research partnership with Johns Hopkins University, detailed information about our current facility was shared and the members expressed their vision for ways to improve the overall experience at the facility. The presented masterplan is our attempt to represent what our members told us.

Our Phase 1 project is defined as:

1. 1. Development of the north property wall area between the main pool and Friends school property.
   2. Removing the barrier fence around the main pool deck.
   3. As a result of the main pool barrier fence, we will install a code required fence around the baby pool.

We are currently in a fundraising effort while we we assemble a project team to execute the Phase 1 project. Depending on the success of our Phase 1 project, we hope to realize some version of the fully-depicted vision represented here.
