In order to accommodate appropriate social distancing and safety for all of our members The Roland park pool will be using an online reservation system. By now you should have received an email confirming your access to the system. The email address used will be email address you entered to pay for your membership. If you have paid for your membership, but did not receive the reservation system invitation please forward a copy of your membership receipt to rpspmembership@gmail.com. Please remember to check your junk mail before reaching out.

The first time you log in your screen will look like this.

Please select “Make a Reservation” then “Request Pool Reservation”

On the following page will be a calendar. The calendar will display all bookable/available dates. Currently you can only book 1 week out. Changes to the reservation system will occur as the summer progresses. Note: This process will evolve as we evaluate demand.

Start your reservation by selecting the day you wish to go to the pool. Once your day is selected you will see the timeslots open for that day.

After you have selected the time click “Check Availability”. At this point your slot has been temporarily reserved. Complete the checkout process and it will send your request to the pool manager. Pool managers will review the bookings to make sure there are no conflicts and that no one is exceeding their allotted weekly use. Once the manager has confirmed the reservation you will receive email notification. Please be sure to have a copy of this email available when checking in to help with any issues.
